Match Fit Mens u23 team is designed to provide a high-level training environment to prepare players for the upcoming college season.

Program Details:

Location: South Delsea Park, Glassboro, NJ

Training Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays

Time: 7:00 - 8:30 PM

League Schedule: 8-10 competitive games

Includes: A structured fitness training plan

Start Date: May 13

This program will offer top-level coaching, a competitive atmosphere, and a structured training plan to help you stay sharp and improve ahead of your season.

Match Fit Surf - South Jersey 2026 Women's U23 Team

Training: Tuesday / Thursdays at South Delsea Drive Turf starting mid May - end of July.

Games: Full EDP U23 schedule + Scrimmages

All players will be provided with a full summer strength and conditioning program they can follow if needed.

Full time professional coaching staff with collegiate and pro experience.

Professional goalkeeper training.

This program is designed for players to take their game to the next level for their upcoming college season.

WHY IS IT NEEDED?

MENTAL TOUGHNESS REGRESSION We are seeing a 10-year trend of Mental Toughness scoring going down among all athletes, even participants at the annual NFL Combine. This means our culture & society are producing mentally weaker people/athletes than ever before.

ANXIETY IS INCREASING

50% of NCAA athletes report experiencing debilitating anxiety in the previous 30 days. There is an epidemic of anxiety and mental fragility among athletes today.

MENTAL WELL-BEING IS NEEDED

The above 2 factors clearly indicate that athletes need guidance and tools to help them grow and develop their mental game including a better sense of well-being.

WHAT IS THE TAP?

Online assessment of around 100 questions and takes 25 mins to complete.

Measures mental “intangibles” important to athletic success such as Mental Toughness, Confidence, Growth Mindset, Decisiveness, and many more.

Introduced by Dr. Robert Troutwine in 1984 for his first NFL client, KC Chiefs

Validated by US Navy SEALs to predict success in passing BUDs Training to become

a SEAL.
